This service is for CDL drivers who have completed the required Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) process and have been determined eligible to complete their DOT Return-to-Duty test.
Your $434 RTD Package Includes:

Important: The SAP evaluation, education, treatment, or other requirements prescribed by your SAP are not included in this service. You must complete the required SAP steps and be determined eligible for Return-to-Duty testing before your RTD test can be completed.
If you have not yet worked with a DOT-qualified SAP, use the Find a SAP directory before purchasing this service.
Follow-Up Testing: Your SAP may prescribe additional follow-up testing after your Return-to-Duty test. Follow-up tests are not included in the $434 package and additional testing fees apply.
If you return to work for a motor carrier, your employer is responsible for administering your required follow-up testing plan. If you are a self-employed owner-operator subject to FMCSA drug and alcohol testing requirements, your designated C/TPA handles the applicable follow-up testing functions. BUnited Services can provide ongoing follow-up testing coordination when designated as your C/TPA.
