Thank you for choosing BUnited Services for your compliance needs. This document outlines our mutual responsibilities, services, and terms to ensure FMCSA compliance and a strong partnership.

๐น CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
Review and sign off on all driver reports (MVR, PSP, CDLIS, Clearinghouse)
Confirm accuracy of past 3 years of driver safety performance history
Ensure drivers complete pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings on time
Submit all test requests via email to: compliance@bunitedservices.com
Maintain updated contact info and list of active drivers at all times
Keep copies of signed POA and acknowledgment documents
Understand that BUnited is not liable for any DOT violations related to unreviewed or late-submitted documents
๐น Billing & Payment Policy
BUnited Services offers both annual and month-to-month subscription plans for its compliance services.
To maintain active participation and compliance coverage, clients must ensure all subscription fees are paid on time.
Failure to pay fees will result in the immediate suspension and removal from the following services:
Drug & Alcohol Consortium Program
Driver Qualification File Management
Vehicle File Management
Access to any active compliance monitoring tools or support
Clients will not be eligible for random drug and alcohol testing or receive compliance support while their account is inactive. Service will only resume once all outstanding balances are paid in full.
๐น LEGAL & OPERATIONAL TERMS
Support Hours
Customer service is available MonโFri, 9 AMโ5 PM EST via email and phone.
Communication
Clients agree to receive all notices, updates, and documentation via email. Wireless numbers may be used for direct contact related to services.
No Legal Advice
BUnited Services provides compliance tools, not legal counsel. Clients are responsible for consulting legal professionals regarding hiring policies, authorization forms, and screening procedures.
Identity Verification
Client must confirm all applicant info (name, SSN, DOB, etc.) is accurate before BUnited Services conducts any screening or background check.
๐น TERMS OF SERVICE
Term:
Initial term is 1 year or Month to Month depending on service purchased, renewing annually or monthly. Non-payment service is canceled immediately
Termination & Suspension:
BUnited Services may suspend or terminate service if:
Payments are not made
There is misuse of services or systems
Legal or regulatory risks arise
The client fails to comply with contractual obligations
Refund Policy:
All prepaid fees are non-refundable.
Post-Term Access:
Upon termination, clients will have limited time to download any Consumer Reports or request them for a fee.
Deactivation:
Accounts inactive for extended periods may be closed. Setup and prior usage fees remain due even if the account is not activated.
Survival Clause:
Compliance, confidentiality, and other legal protections will survive termination of this agreement.
