Find Your Fleet's Vehicle Management Plan
Enter your USDOT number and we'll identify your carrier information, current power-unit count and applicable Vehicle Compliance Management plan.
Enter numbers only. We'll use publicly available carrier information to identify your current power-unit count.
Carrier and power-unit information is based on available carrier records and may not reflect very recent fleet changes. Your Vehicle Compliance Management subscription should cover the equipment you want maintained within the system.

Important Vehicle Records in One Place

Stop Waiting Until You Need a Document to Look for It.
A folder full of PDFs only helps if you know what's there, what's missing and what may need attention.
Vehicle Compliance Management is designed to help make your vehicle records easier to maintain as your company grows. Instead of keeping records scattered between email accounts, filing cabinets and different devices, your fleet has one organized system.
That means less time searching for paperwork and better visibility into the records associated with your equipment.

Vehicle Compliance Management FAQs
Does BUnited upload all of my documents for me?
Vehicle Compliance Management is designed as a client-managed document system with BUnited onboarding and system support. Your company is responsible for uploading and maintaining current vehicle documentation unless a separate service agreement specifically includes additional administrative support.
Do I need a separate record for every vehicle?
The system is designed to organize documentation by vehicle so you can more easily locate the records associated with individual equipment. The specific records required will depend on your operation and the vehicle.
What happens when one of my documents expires?
Where expiration tracking is supported and the applicable information has been entered into the system, compliance reminders can help alert you to upcoming dates. Your company remains responsible for renewing the document and uploading the current replacement.
What if I add more trucks?
Your plan is based on your applicable fleet/equipment tier. If your fleet grows into another tier, contact BUnited Services so your account can be updated to the appropriate plan.
Can I use this if I only have one truck?
Yes. The service starts with a 1–2 vehicle plan and is designed for owner-operators as well as growing fleets.
Is onboarding included?
Yes. Initial onboarding is included so you understand how to use the system and maintain your vehicle records.
Does this guarantee that my company is DOT compliant?
No. Vehicle Compliance Management is a compliance support and document-management service. The motor carrier remains responsible for meeting all regulatory requirements applicable to its operation. The system can only monitor information and documents made available to it.
What About Your Driver Files?
Vehicle records are only one part of carrier compliance. BUnited also offers Driver Qualification File management to help organize and monitor the compliance records associated with your drivers.
