Self-service package disclosure: The carrier is responsible for determining which documents and reports are required, obtaining and uploading records, reviewing file completeness, maintaining current documents, and meeting applicable compliance obligations. Self-service enrollment does not include BUnited Services performing driver-file management, compliance reviews, or audit assistance.

Additional fees: MVR, PSP, CDLIS, and other requested reports are billed separately. Drug & Alcohol Consortium enrollment is optional for CDL customers and costs an additional $249 per driver annually. Separately billed testing services are not included in the self-service price.

Billing: Driver Files subscriptions are billed annually. Self-Service Vehicle Files are billed separately on a monthly subscription based on fleet size. Both systems are self-service: the carrier is responsible for uploading, reviewing, and maintaining its own records.
